Please refer to and read our delivery & returns information page if you are enquiring about an out of stock item or a late delivery before you contact us.

We have been following Government guidelines carefully encouraging our staff to work from home in order to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Whilst we work around the clock to ensure you receive a high standard of service, with a fast dispatch, we continue to encourage our staff to continue working from home. As you can appreciate this has meant our telephone answering capability has been impacted in addition to a high volume of incoming calls. The quickest, most efficient way of getting in touch with us is by using the contact form below.

As mentioned above, please note that we are asking our customers to wait 7 working days from receiving your order confirmation prior to contacting us if you query relates to your expected delivery. In most cases you should expect to receive your delivery much quicker than this.

Deliveries and Returns

Please view our delivery & returns page if you have received your order and it needs to be returned.

We promise to dispatch your item(s) as quickly as possible upon confirmation of your order, however as we all know delays occur occasionally, especially taking into account recent unprecedented times combined with seasonal periods.

You are able to use the track my order function which is readily available. Once your order has been dispatched, our delivery partners will keep you posted on via text message or email, with a live update on the progress of you order.

We are committed and working extremely hard on a day to day basis, to make sure you receive the highest standard of service and experience at all times.

Due to the high number of inbound calls and email enquiries, we ask you to wait for 7 working days from the date of your dispatch confirmation before you contact us if your query relates to a return.
